Possess an active Colorado School Counseling License

Demonstrated expertise as a School Counselor or Guidance Counselor, preferably in K-12 settings

Familiarity with the unique socio-emotional and academic needs of middle school students

Strong communication skills for engaging students, parents, and professionals

Ability to build trusting relationships and a safe counseling environment

Resourceful, adaptable, and collaborative within multidisciplinary school teams

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group counseling to address student concerns, enhance coping strategies, and support emotional well-being

Develop and implement programs focused on academic achievement, conflict resolution, and career exploration

Serve as a resource for teachers and staff regarding student behavior and learning needs

Collaborate closely with families, educators, and outside agencies to coordinate support services
