In this collaborative role, you will leverage your expertise to deliver pivotal assessment and therapeutic services, working closely with an integrated team of rehabilitation and healthcare professionals. The position strikes a balance between independent clinical practice and team-based care, with a strong focus on achieving impactful recovery outcomes for our clients.

Your core responsibilities will include conducting in-depth psychological assessments and interpreting psychometric tests, administering both individual and group therapies including EMDR, CBT, and trauma-focused interventions, and crafting tailored treatment plans. You will also prepare detailed psychological reports to support disability management and return-to-work efforts, participate in interdisciplinary case reviews, and contribute to developing new programs and quality improvement measures.

This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact through specialized programs for first responders and veterans, all while contributing to innovative, compassionate mental health services.
