Behavior Technician (BT) – Paid Training + Growth Opportunities.
Location: East Los Angeles, CA.
Salary: $21.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience).
Schedule: Afternoon Shift | Monday–Friday (Flexible Hours).

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children/adolescents.
  • Use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills.
  • Follow behavior plans designed by a BCBA.
  • Track progress and document session notes.
  • Communicate with supervisors and scheduling team.

New to ABA?:
No problem. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed. You’ll learn evidence-based strategies that make a real difference in children’s development.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Patient, reliable, and compassionate individuals.
  • Enjoy working with children and being active/engaging.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius.

(ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required!)
Schedule Requirements:
  • Afternoon availability (after school hours).
  • At least 4 days per week.
  • Occasional weekend availability may be requested.
