About the Role

As a Medical Social Worker, you will provide psychosocial support, counseling, and resource coordination for hospice patients and their families. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, addressing emotional, social, and practical needs during the end-of-life journey.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) Required
• Current license in good standing (LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent)
• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or healthcare social work preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
