Oliver’s Nannies of West Orlando is seeking a reliable Nanny with experience supporting children on the autism spectrum. We are looking for a dedicated caregiver who can combine high-quality childcare with the specialized skills of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

What We’re Looking For

Expertise in ASD: Proven experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You understand how to navigate sensory needs, implement routines, and provide a supportive environment.
RBT Background: Current or former experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is highly preferred. We value your ability to apply behavioral principles in a home-based setting.
Childcare Experience: 2+ years of professional childcare experience.
Safety First: Must be CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified) and maintain a sharp eye for child safety.
Reliability: Punctual, trustworthy, and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for school pickups or outings.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with children and provide professional, empathetic updates to parents.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to family schedules.
Requirements: Must be 18+ and able to pass a comprehensive background check.
