Essential Functions of the RBT position:
- Serve as a vital part of a treatment team to make a big difference for children and their families
- Instruct, motivate, and assist clients to learn using play and other naturalistic activities
- Work with supervising BCBAs to implement learning interventions
- Collect data for intervention analysis
- Document progress on goals and other clinical documentation for patient records
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma/College Degree Preferred
- Active RBT Certification
- Tricare Certified is a plus.
- Experience working with children/individuals with disabilities
- Experience in the home setting is a plus.
- Positive attitude, ability to work in a team and passion for making a difference
- We will provide training and support for RBTs
