Job Title: Behavior Technician

Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will be an integral part of our behavioral health services, focusing on providing support to individuals in need. Your role will involve implementing behavior management techniques, assisting with patient care, and contributing to the overall well-being of our clients through applied behavior analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of supervising professionals
- Assist in data collection and analysis to track patient progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Educate and support individuals in activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Utilize medical terminology accurately in documentation and communication
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans
- Provide behavioral therapy sessions as directed

Experience:
- Prior experience in behavior management or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis principles is a plus
- Knowledge of patient care practices and techniques
- Proficiency in data collection methods
- Ability to work effectively with individuals requiring behavioral support
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
