What You’ll Do

• Conduct 3–4 complimentary fitness assessments per day with new and prospective members

• Meet and greet members at the front desk, engage on the gym floor, and make outbound calls to connect with potential clients

• Lead members through assessments covering body composition, nutrition, and a hands-on workout

• Create personalized goal timelines based on each member’s specific needs

• Present tailored personal training program recommendations and guide members toward enrollment

• Provide ongoing advice, motivation, and support to members throughout their fitness journey

Compensation & Growth

• $16.60/hour base pay
