Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our team. As a Clinical Counselor, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch addiction recovery and mental health services to clients in Ohio. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans

  • Stay abreast of state and federal regulations, ethical standards, and best practices in mental health counseling

  • Actively participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited program

  • Current and valid Ohio State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW)

  • Previous experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on diverse populations and presenting issues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate within a team

  • Strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards and compliance with legal regulations

  • Dedication to continuous professional development

  • Supervisor Experience (preferred)

Job Type:

  • Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift

  • Monday to Friday
