Role Description

Full and part time positions available.

The Counselor will provide individual, family, and group therapy, facilitate case management services, and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. This role involves conducting client assessments, offering crisis intervention, collaborating with community resources, and maintaining detailed records to ensure effective service delivery. Counselors will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, advocating for clients and supporting their emotional and behavioral well-being.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Counseling, Family Therapy, and Mental Health to deliver comprehensive therapeutic interventions.
  • Knowledge of Psychology principles and proven ability to apply them in clinical settings.
  • Experience in Case Management, including developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans and connecting clients to community resources.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, families, and diverse teams.
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or eligibility for licensure in the state of Ohio is required.
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field is required.
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance use, or other barriers to employment and education is preferred.
  • Commitment to working on-site at the Cincinnati, OH, location.
