We are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Liaison / Business Development Representative to help grow our client base and establish strong referral relationships within the healthcare community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with:
• Assisted living facilities
• Hospitals
• Rehab centers
• Skilled nursing facilities
• Case managers and social workers
• Physician offices
• Senior communities
• Conduct in-person visits and presentations to referral sources
• Generate qualified private-pay home care leads
• Follow up with prospective clients and referral partners
• Represent Emila Home Care professionally within the community
• Attend networking and community events
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and referrals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in:
• Home care marketing
• Healthcare sales
• Community liaison/business development
• Senior care industry
• Existing referral relationships in the Houston/Katy area preferred
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation required
• Knowledge of the home care industry strongly preferred
