Independent Therapist for Small Private Practice (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Sanity Center is looking for a down-to-earth, independently licensed therapist to join our team in Sun City, AZ.

This role is a great fit for a clinician who wants autonomy, flexibility, and professional support without the stress of managing everything alone. We are a relaxed, collaborative mental health practice providing therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our branding, personality, and approach to care are intentionally different. What We're Looking For

We are looking for therapists who are:

• Independently licensed in Arizona as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor
• Willing to become credentialed with insurance panels, with guidance and support from our team
• Able to see at least 10 clients per week, with the possibility to expand
• Available for a limited number of appointments during peak client hours - evenings or weekends - to meet clients when they need us most
• Open to both in-person sessions at our Sun City office and virtual sessions
• Comfortable working independently while still being part of a team
• Passionate about providing personalized, meaningful care
• Experienced with children, couples, or families - or interested in that work - a plus
