Blossom ABA Therapy is currently expanding our ABA team in the Fayetteville area and hiring motivated individuals interested in working with children as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

We are seeking dependable team members who enjoy making a positive impact while building a long-term career in behavioral health and ABA services.

Position Overview

Our technicians provide one-on-one support for children receiving ABA therapy services in home-based settings. Team members work closely with supervising BCBAs to help clients develop communication, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Current afternoon and after-school cases are available throughout Fayetteville and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

As a Behavioral Technician or ABA Therapist, responsibilities may include:

  • Delivering direct ABA therapy sessions to pediatric clients

  • Implementing individualized behavior support plans

  • Tracking behavioral and skill-acquisition progress

  • Completing session documentation accurately and on time

  • Encouraging positive communication and social development

  • Collaborating with clinical supervisors and caregivers

  • Traveling to client sessions within the assigned service area

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • Active RBT certification preferred

  • Interest in behavioral health, psychology, education, or ABA

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Experience working with children is preferred but not required
