Summit Carolinas Consulting is seeking compassionate and motivated Therapists/Counselors to join our growing behavioral health team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals and families improve their mental health and overall well-being through quality, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services

Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and agency guidelines

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times

Qualifications

Active North Carolina license preferred:

License Professional Counselor (LPC)

License Mental Health Professional (LMHP)

Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW/LCSW-A)

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling (LCMHC/LCMHC-A)

Licenses Social Worker (LSW,LSW-A)

Marriage and Family Therapy

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience with Medicaid documentation preferred
