About Strive High ABA

Strive High ABA Therapy provides compassionate, high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As we expand into North Carolina, we are seeking dedicated BCBAs who are passionate about clinical excellence and meaningful impact.

Position Summary

The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs/Behavior Technicians, and ensuring high-quality clinical care for children and families.

Responsibilities

· Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments.

· Develop individualized treatment plans.

· Supervise and mentor RBTs.

· Provide parent training and collaboration.

· Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.

· Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation.

· Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

· Active BCBA certification.

· Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

· North Carolina licensure.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Commitment to ethical and high-quality ABA services.
