Job Overview

You became a BCBA to make a real clinical difference — not to burn your mornings chasing down callouts, rebuilding RBT schedules from scratch, or sitting through the third re-training of a technician who may not even be there next month.

You became a BCBA because of the children who light up when you walk through the door. The families who trust you with the most important person in their lives. That is why we built All Star ABA — and it is why we invest in our clinicians the way we do.

We are looking for BCBAs who hold a Maryland LBA and want to join a team where their clinical skills are genuinely valued, their time is protected, and the community around them is real.

We are Stronger Together.

At All Star ABA, you are never working in isolation. Every BCBA has a dedicated case manager who is their full operational partner — handling RBT scheduling, caregiver communication, callouts, absences, makeup sessions, and day-to-day coordination. You focus on the clinical work you do best.

Your RBTs don't show up to their first session waiting for you to train them from scratch. Dedicated trainers support every technician through their initial competencies, exam preparation, and ongoing skill development. Weekly skills office hours give your team a place to grow between sessions. You are not managing that development alone — we invest in it so your sessions run the way they should.

You choose your caseload. $90/hr for every billable hour — no ceiling on what you earn. 75% remote telehealth. You set the pace. You decide what this career looks like.

The Travel Week Once a month, you'll travel to Maryland to see your clients for in-person supervision and parent training. The face-to-face time with families strengthens every remote session you run the other three weeks. It is a working trip that someone else books, budgets, and pays for — and one worth looking forward to. All expenses are covered upfront — flights, hotel, rental car. Bring your partner, family member, or a friend — lodging is on us.

Maryland LBA holders can begin right away. No Maryland LBA yet? We will reimburse your application fee upfront and support you through the approval process.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in ABA principles
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and adjust treatment strategies
  • Deliver weekly telehealth supervision sessions and remote caregiver training, with monthly travel to Maryland for 25% in-person services
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to promote consistency across environments
  • Provide caregiver training on behavioral techniques, generalization strategies, and progress updates
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and records in compliance with HIPAA standards

Qualifications

  • Valid BCBA certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Maryland LBA (highly preferred) — or willingness to obtain (application fee reimbursed upfront)
  • Experience serving children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong foundation in ABA methodology, behavioral intervention, and data-based decision making
  • Ability to deliver high-quality telehealth sessions and build strong therapeutic relationships
  • Skilled collaborator with families, caregivers, RBTs, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for documentation, parent training, and team coordination
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in compliance with the BACB Ethics Code
