OUTPATIENT PRIVATE PRACTICE THERAPIST. Seeking skilled licensed therapist ( LMHC, LICSW/LCSW/MSW) to join a private practice in Fall River, MA The ideal candidate will be equipped to see any combination of children, adults and families, specialties are encouraged. Flexible schedule offered. We provide referrals, consultation, office space, billing, coverage and seek paneling for you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients effectively.
• Provide clinical counseling services, focusing on behavior management and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, fostering a supportive environment for participants.
• Stay informed about best practices in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure as a therapist or counselor (LCSW, LICSW, etc.).
• Experience in providing telehealth services is preferred but not required.
• Strong skills in behavior management and patient care techniques.
• Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in practice.
