Service Areas:
In-Home Service - San Jose, Pleasanton, San Roman, Fremont and other cities in Bay Area.

Job Description:

• Implement the behavioral treatment plan and work 1:1 with patients on social skills, independent skills, and other essential skills, as well as reduction of problematic behaviors.
• Assist in designing activities and restructuring environment to support patient’s positive behaviors (e.g. on-task behaviors, socially appropriate behaviors).
• Collect data as prescribed by each lesson plan.
• Complete daily session note.
• Communicate openly with clinical supervisor and Behavior Analyst (BCBAs), and follow through any feedback given.
• Support monitoring patient’s progress by testing/probing their skills acquisition status, reporting student behaviors, etc.

What We Are Looking For :

• Have Registered Behavior Technician Certificate
• Have availability at least 10 hours/week from 3 pm to 7 pm from Monday to Sunday
• Previous experience working with children
• Minimal High school diploma required
• Must have own reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license, auto registration and auto insurance
• US work authorization
• Proof of immunization records and TB required
• Clear background check (Star Future will assist in getting the needed clearances)
• Verifiable work references
• Ability to actively play with kids, and to stand, walk, sit, squat, bend, kneel, twist, and lift 50 lbs
• Attend diligently to the safety of the patient and yourself
