Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Valrico & Palm Harbor | $27–$32/hr

Brave Steps ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for 1:1 pediatric cases that rotate weekly between two home locations in Valrico and Palm Harbor. We're offering a higher starting rate to recognize the travel flexibility this role requires.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings following the BCBA's treatment plan
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and skill acquisition programs
• Collect and record session data accurately in Raven Health
• Build positive, trusting relationships with the client and family
• Communicate consistently with the supervising BCBA
• Support generalization of skills across environments

What You Bring

• Active RBT certification in good standing
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Flexibility to alternate between two locations on a weekly basis
• Strong professionalism, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior pediatric ABA experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits

• $27 to $32 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Sessions typically Monday through Friday, daytime and afternoon hours
