Pay Rate: $23–$28 per hour

ABC with ABA is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team is passionate about making meaningful differences in the lives of the families we serve.

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. RBTs will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and support skill development.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Provide 1:1 therapy in home, school, and community environments
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress
• Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Collaborate with caregivers and team members
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

• Current RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
