Wabi Sabi Behavioral Health Center serves children with complex needs and high-magnitude behaviors. The kids who are often misunderstood, turned away, or struggling to succeed in traditional settings. We’re looking for Behavior Technicians who are compassionate, emotionally grounded, hardworking, and able to stay calm when things get hard.

This is not a sit-back-and-watch kind of job. It’s hands-on, relationship-based work that requires patience, flexibility, teamwork, and heart.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• RBT certification preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working with complex or high-magnitude behavior
• On-site and willing to jump in and help with the hard stuff
• Agility and dexterity to respond quickly and effectively to client behaviors and situations.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Must satisfactorily clear background checks conducted at both local and national levels
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Calm under pressure
• Open to meaningful work that actually matters
