Care Coordinator
Full-Time | $20.46–$25.50/hour | Monday–Friday | On-Call Rotation Required | Immediate Start
Kellah Home Care is seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate Care
Coordinator to support the daily operations of our growing home care agency. This is in person position.
role combines caregiver onboarding, scheduling coordination, and caregiver support to
ensure our clients receive consistent, high-quality care.
The Care Coordinator serves as a key connection between caregivers, clients, and the office team. This role helps ensure shifts are properly staffed, new caregivers are successfully
onboarded, and caregivers feel supported in their work providing care to clients in the
community.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced
environment, building relationships, and helping ensure seniors receive the support they need to remain safely at home.
Caregiver Onboarding and Compliance
Coordinate onboarding for newly hired caregivers and ensure all employment
documentation is completed
Collect and review required forms, background check authorizations, and employment
documents
Assist with caregiver orientation and review agency policies and expectations
Ensure caregivers are properly set up in agency scheduling and documentation systems Scheduling and Staffing Support
Assist with managing the client schedule and caregiver assignments
Respond to call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent coverage needs
Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours staffing needs
Help ensure all client shifts are properly staffed and continuity of care is maintained
Caregiver Support
Serve as a primary point of contact for caregivers regarding schedules and assignments
Provide guidance on care plans, documentation expectations, and agency policies
Communicate caregiver concerns or performance issues to leadership when necessary Client Coordination.
Support the coordination of services for new and existing clients
Communicate scheduling updates and caregiver assignments to clients and families
Help ensure services are delivered according to established care plans
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in home care, healthcare, scheduling, or caregiving strongly
preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to changing schedules
Comfortable working with scheduling software and office technology
A compassionate, service-oriented mindset
Must be available for full-time Monday–Friday schedule and participate in on-call
rotation
