Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Job Type: Contract / Travel Assignment (12 Weeks)
Tentative Start Date: May 11, 2026
Duration: 12 weeks (with potential extension)
Shift: Day shift (typically 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week)
Hours: 40 hours per week (guaranteed)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health screenings and clinical assessments
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and ongoing mental health support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in healthcare records
• Ensure strict confidentiality of all patient information
• Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques in treatment
• Collaborate with facility staff to support patient care and outcomes

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
• Active and valid LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license (state of practice required)
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role

Pay: Up to $58.00 per hour
