About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate, data-driven BCBA to lead high-quality, center-based ABA services. You’ll design and oversee treatment, mentor therapists, and partner closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to drive meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

  • Oversee center-based ABA programming; ensure fidelity and clinical excellence.

  • Supervise, train, and provide ongoing performance feedback to RBTs/BTs.

  • Monitor progress using data-based decision making; adjust programs as needed.

  • Provide caregiver training and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.

  • Maintain timely documentation (plans, notes, reports) that meets payer and ethical standards.

  • Uphold BACB Ethics Code and all applicable state regulations and policies.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.

  • Texas LBA (or eligibility to obtain) preferred/required per state guidelines.

  • 1+ year of center-based experience preferred (supervision experience a plus).

  • Strong skills in assessment, program design, data analysis, and team leadership.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.
