Reliant ABA Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our clinic-based location in Katy, TX.
This role is ideal for RBTs who want:

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA/BCaBA supervision
- Support children with:
- Communication skills
- Social development
- Daily living skills
- Collect and record data using electronic systems
- Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
Compensation
- $19–$23 per hour
- Full-time hours available

Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (REQUIRED)
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Consistent attendance and reliability
Preferred Experience
- DTT, PECS, PRT, or ABA methodologies
- Clinic-based ABA experience
- Experience with electronic data collection
Physical Requirements
- Standing, sitting, kneeling, walking, and running
- Lifting up to 35 pounds
- Responding quickly to client behaviors
- Using electronic devices for data collection
