Reliant ABA Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our clinic-based location in Katy, TX.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA/BCaBA supervision
• Support children with:
• Communication skills
• Social development
• Daily living skills
• Collect and record data using electronic systems
• Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

Compensation

• $19–$23 per hour
• Full-time hours available

Location

· Katy, TX (Clinic-Based)

Required Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (REQUIRED)
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Consistent attendance and reliability

Preferred Experience

• DTT, PECS, PRT, or ABA methodologies
• Clinic-based ABA experience
• Experience with electronic data collection

Physical Requirements

• Standing, sitting, kneeling, walking, and running
• Lifting up to 35 pounds
• Responding quickly to client behaviors
• Using electronic devices for data collection
