Launch your career in behavioral health — and get paid to learn.
At The Inspired Community Project (TICP), we’re redefining what it means to start a career in ABA. We created New York State’s first Behavioral Health Apprenticeship Program to open doors, remove barriers, and invest in passionate people like you.
If you love working with children, want meaningful work, and are ready to build a real career — this is your moment.
Why This Role Is Different
This is not your typical entry-level job — it’s a career-launching opportunity.
As a Behavior Technician Apprentice, you’ll join our Training & Excellence (T&E) Program, where you’ll receive:
- Paid hands-on training from day one
- A fully sponsored 40-hour RBT course
- 50+ additional paid training hours
- Weekly mentorship from experienced clinicians
- Real-world experience in a supportive, child-centered environment
- A clear path to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Opportunities for full-time growth after program completion
By the end of the program, you’ll be fully prepared to sit for the RBT exam — and step confidently into your career in behavioral health.
