988 Crisis Hotline Program Supervisor - Hybrid

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced professional to join our team as a 988 Program Supervisor. In this hybrid role, you will lead and support a team of crisis counselors providing critical, real-time support to individuals in need. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of up to ten 988 Counselors, providing ongoing guidance and support
• Conduct regular supervision sessions and offer real-time coaching during shifts
• Review call documentation and complete quality assurance evaluations
• Assign and manage follow-up and outreach cases
• Mentor and support new counselors during training
• Participate in team meetings and group supervision sessions
• Assist with training program coordination and staff development
• Provide 988 phone coverage as needed
• Cover one Nassau County Helpline shift per week
• Share in on-call rotation for interventions/consultations

Qualifications

• LMSW or LMHC (Required)
• Crisis intervention and/or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable using digital systems and documentation platforms
• Can provide open and honest feedback in a courteous and professional manner

Schedule & Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule with in-office presence in Bellmore, NY three days per week
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $62,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
