Instic Health is looking for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who will be responsible for providing initial evaluations, individual, group, couples and/or family therapy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Perform initial mental health evaluations.

· Assess clients using standardized assessment/screening tools and measures.

· Provide brief, solution focused therapy.

· Perform crisis assessment with appropriate interventions and provision of other services related to wellness.

· Collect data about patients through interview, case history, psychological tests, and/or observational techniques; evaluate data to identify causes of problems and determine proper therapeutic approach or referral to other specialists.

· Provide casework management of a specialized caseload, as appropriate to the requirements of the individual position; perform research and case assessments.

· Follow up to determine reliability and validity of treatment used; make recommendations regarding modification to services and service delivery.

· Develop care plans for patients and document services in the EHR system.

Requirements:

· Master’s Degree in Counselling or Social Work

· LCSW or LMHC licensed in Florida

· At least two years of practicing experience

· Bilingual (preferred but not required)

Salary: Negotiable
