Assistant Care Coordinator

Job Overview:

As an Assistant Care Coordinator at Creative Comp Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting both our team and clients by delivering exceptional care and service. In this entry-level position, you will assist care coordinators with case intake, communication, and customer service. You will also collaborate closely with clients, healthcare providers, and patients to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a compassionate attitude. Experience in Workers' Compensation is a plus but not required.

Duties:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providers, and patients, assisting with inquiries and providing necessary information.
• Support care coordinators with patient scheduling, appointment follow-ups, and care coordination.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date system records, ensuring proper documentation and case information.
• Foster clear and effective communication between all parties involved in patient care.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as system filing, data entry, and document management.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all clients and patients are treated with empathy, professionalism, and care.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and professional demeanor when working with clients and patients.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and case documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking initiative on individual tasks.
• Prior experience in Workers' Compensation is beneficial but not required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and Workers' Compensation is a plus.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
