Behavior Bloom LLC is currently seeking a highly experienced and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based case (morning schedule) in Homestead, FL.

This is an immediate need for a structured, consistent, and confident RBT who can effectively support a client in a school setting.

Case Overview

• Client: 7-year-old with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Setting: School-based (morning hours)
• Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week (morning shift)
• Start Date: As soon as approved on the roster (urgent need)
• Pay Rate: $28/hour

Position Overview

This case requires an RBT who can maintain structure, consistency, and strong behavior management in a school environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, attentive, and able to follow clinical direction while ensuring client safety and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Collect accurate data and maintain session documentation
• Manage behaviors using appropriate ABA strategies
• Maintain client safety and awareness at all times
• Collaborate with school staff, caregivers, and clinical team
• Follow all HIPAA and professional ethics guidelines

Requirements (Strict)

• Active RBT certification (in good standing)
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience required
• Fluent English (spoken and written) required
• Experience working with children or adolescents with autism and behavioral challenges
• Strong behavior management and redirection skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism, consistency, and reliability
• Active Medicaid ID and NPI number

Important (Insurance Requirement)

This case is under Sunshine Health.

• An Exemption Request Form must be submitted to add the RBT to the client’s roster prior to starting services
• Approval is required before beginning services
• Please note: Approval may take approximately 15–30 days
