About the Role:

Empathy Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist (MSW or LMHC) who is clinically strong, documentation-driven, and comfortable managing an active caseload in a structured outpatient setting.

This is an in-person position with immediate patient volume available in both Miami and Fort Myers locations.

We are looking for professionals who are not only compassionate, but also efficient, accountable, and experienced in maintaining high-quality clinical documentation and productivity standards.

What You Will Do

• Conduct psychosocial evaluations and establish a diagnosis using DSM-5
• Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy
• Maintain accurate, timely, and audit-ready documentation after each session
• Manage an active caseload with consistent scheduling and follow-up
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and multidisciplinary team
• Apply evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, supportive therapy)
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical response

What We Are Looking For

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• LMHC (active Florida license) OR MSW (licensed or registered intern)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient or similar setting
• Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED
• Strong documentation, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to maintain consistent productivity and patient engagement
• Eligible for or credentialed with Medicare/Medicaid (preferred)
• Must pass Level II background screening

Compensation

Average earnings potential: $70,000 – $100,000+, depending on productivity. High patient volume available.
