Are you a BCBA looking for meaningful work, a strong professional community, and a schedule that aligns with family life? Seminole County Public Schools (SCPS) is seeking passionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our dynamic Student Support Services team.

Why This Role Stands Out

This position is especially appealing for parents of school‑aged children—your work schedule mirrors the school calendar. When your child is home for holidays, winter break, or summer, so are you.

About the Role

As a BCBA with SCPS, you’ll work as part of a collaborative, well‑established team of school psychologists and BCBAs focused on proactive, positive, and evidence‑based behavioral supports. Your work will directly impact students, staff, and school systems while allowing the time and structure to do the work thoughtfully and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing training and coaching to school staff on best practices in positive behavior supports
  • Consulting and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams when conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supporting teachers and schools through data‑driven decision making, progress monitoring, and systems‑level interventions
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to a team‑based problem‑solving approach
  • Helping build staff capacity through professional development and ongoing consultation

Our Team & Culture

You’ll be joining a supportive, knowledgeable, and highly collaborative team that values shared expertise and professional growth. Our BCBA and school psychology teams are known for being approachable, collegial, and deeply committed to providing meaningful, student‑centered supports. We pride ourselves on creating an environment where professionals feel valued, heard, and supported.
