As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) RBT Supervisor in a school setting, you will provide supervision to RBTs in order to assist the RBTs to improve and maintain their behavior-analytic, professional, and ethical repertoires, and facilitate the delivery of high-quality services to clients. - Developing RBT performance expectations
- Observing, providing behavioral skills training, and delivering performance feedback
- Modeling technical, professional, and ethical decision-making repertoires
- Guiding the development of problem-solving and ethical decision-making repertoires
- Reviewing written materials
- Overseeing and evaluating the effectiveness of RBT service delivery
- Completing RBT Certification Task assessments
- Providing RBT Requirements Coordinator supports
- BCBA certification or BCaBA certification
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Experience in an educational setting (Preferred)
