Job Description

We are seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist with a specialty in couples counseling. The ideal candidate is a grounded, experienced clinician passionate about working with motivated individuals and couples who are navigating:

• Trauma (Complex, Developmental, Interpersonal)
• Depression and Anxiety
• Stress, Burnout, and Life Transitions
• Relationship and Couples Issues
• Personal Growth and Emotional Wellness

We’re especially interested in connecting with therapists who are established in their clinical work, value excellence, and are looking for a long-term professional home.

This role is a great fit for someone who: Values depth and knowing our clients deeply, takes pride in their clinical work, enjoys working with adults and couples , and wants to be part of a collaborative, boutique-style practice. Although we do value flexibility, this is probably not the right fit if you’re looking for something temporary, highly flexible without structure, or fully independent.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or couples therapy to high-functioning adult clients
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with our clinical team as needed for consultation and support
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and case discussions
• Manage a caseload suited to your preferred schedule and availability

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Independent Social Work, or MFT
• Active, unrestricted license in South Carolina (LISW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD)
• Specialized training or experience in trauma therapy (e.g., EMDR, IFS, Somatic) and/or couples work (e.g., EFT, Gottman)
• Minimum 5 years post-licensure experience
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working with high-functioning, motivated clientele

• Flexible: Full-Time or Part-Time
