Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/ Child Autism Specialist

Chrysalis Autism Center, Inc.* is seeking a _center-based,*_ full-time RBT to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing behavioral support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior plans.
• Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of behavior plans.
• Provide positive reinforcement.
• Monitor and document progress of learners.
• Communicate with families, guardians, and other professionals regarding the progress of clients.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• RBT certified.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification (preferred).
• Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
• Pass a background check

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
