As a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are expanding access to care across Spartanburg County schools. We are seeking Licensed School-Based Counselors who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct mental health services to students in a school setting
- Deliver individual and family counseling using evidence-based practices
- Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and progress tracking
- Serve as a trusted behavioral health resource within the school community
- Connect students and families to additional care and community resources
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
What You Bring
- Active SC license: LISW-CP, LMSW, LMFT, or LPC
- Associates (LMFT-A, LPC-A) encouraged to apply
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Passion for community-based and school-based care
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to equity, access, and culturally competent care

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary up to $55,000 (based on experience & licensure)
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
