ABA Behavior Technician (RBT / BT) - Home Based (Queens)

Job Summary:

At ABA Dynamic, we are dedicated to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to families across New York City and beyond. We are seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician to join our team and provide in-home ABA therapy to clients in Queens and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, following individualized treatment plans

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living

  • Collaborate with caregivers to reinforce strategies and record accurate session notes and data

  • Maintain professionalism, safety, and ethical standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain

  • Experience with children or developmental needs preferred

  • Strong communication skills

  • Reliable transportation

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Experience in home-based services

  • Bilingual skills are a plus and may be considered based on client needs
