HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking BCBAs for in-home services across the Katy, Sugar Land, and Richmond areas. This is a structured, early intervention-focused role with manageable caseloads, limited travel, and strong clinical support.

Client assignments are regionally based, with BCBAs typically working within one area per day rather than traveling across all markets. Coverage includes Katy (77449, 77450), Sugar Land (77478, 77479), and Richmond (77406, 77407).

BCBA Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA services for children ages 2–8 in home and occasional school settings
  • Oversee individualized treatment plans and clinical progress
  • Supervise RBTs across varying levels of care
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 6–8 clients
  • Support early intervention cases with tailored programming

BCBA Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Ability to travel locally between client homes (15–40 minutes typical)
  • Availability for after-school hours (3–7 PM) required
  • Full-time candidates: daytime availability preferred (in-person only)

BCBA Schedule:

  • After-school hours (3–7 PM) required for all candidates
  • Up to 50% telehealth allowed for sessions after 3 PM
  • Daytime hours (before 3 PM) are in-person only
  • Full-time: morning hours + minimum 3 afternoons per week
  • Part-time: must be available 3–7 PM (daytime-only not considered)
  • Full-time BCBAs average 30 billable hours per week

BCBA Clinical Model:

  • Mix of early intervention and varying acuity cases
  • Clients may receive ~15 hours/week with 1 RBT or ~25 hours/week with 2 RBTs
  • Limited travel between clients within a 15–30 minute radius

BCBA Compensation & Benefits:

  • $75 – $95/hour based on experience
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires
