Primary Responsibilities

Assess mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide therapy for individuals and groups

Coordinate care with other providers as needed

Offer support for grief, crisis, and life transitions

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Attend team meetings and trainings to stay current on best practices

Participate actively in supervision and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling,

Current Texas LPC-Associate license in good standing

Identified or willing to be assigned an LPC-S supervisor (in-house supervision available)

Strong diagnostic, clinical, and crisis intervention skills

Experience with EHR systems and standard office tools

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

EMDR, somatic, eating disorders, or addiction training is a plus

CompensationCompensation is based on licensure, experience, and caseload. Associate-level therapists enjoy flexible scheduling, free in-house supervision, and one of the most sought-after practice environments in the greater Houston area.
