Rare Mind and Body is an integrative outpatient psychotherapy practice offering eating disorder and trauma-focused care across Michigan. Our work centers the whole person—mind, body, and lived experience—through a relational and trauma-informed approach.

The Opportunity

We are hiring Psychotherapists (LMSW or LLMSW) to join our fully remote outpatient private practice.

This role is a good fit for clinicians who want flexibility in their schedule and the ability to focus on clinical work, with referrals and administrative support already in place.

Compensation

• LMSW (Fully Licensed): 70/30 split
• LLMSW: 65/35 split + weekly supervision provided

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth
• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships
• Develop and update treatment plans
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Coordinate care with other providers when needed
• Maintain ethical and professional standards

Ideal Candidate

• LMSW or LLMSW licensed in Michigan
• Trauma-informed and relational in approach
• Experience or interest in eating disorder treatment preferred
• Familiarity with modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, or similar
• Strong organizational and clinical skills
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
• Values inclusive, culturally responsive care
