Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA), ensuring positive outcomes and meaningful progress. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based ABA treatment plans that promote skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, including working with children and individuals with disabilities such as autism.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and treatment logs in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards.
- Offer training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery while fostering professional growth.
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Must have an LBA in the State of Maryland
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and special education principles.
- Competence in data collection methods, patient assessment procedures, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
- Familiarity with medical records management, HIPAA compliance, medical terminology, and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients’ families, team members, and stakeholders effectively.

Pay: $95.00 - $135.00 per hour
