The Manassas Group, a premier provider of psychological services in the Roanoke Valley, invites licensed clinicians to join our independent practice community with built-in administrative support and steady client inquiries.

Clinicians receive full administrative, billing, and intake support throughout the credentialing and paneling process, helping make the transition to private practice as smooth and supported as possible.

This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who want the independence of private practice with the support of an established and respected clinical office.

Who We Are Looking For

Licensed clinicians including:

• LCSW
• LPC
• LMFT
• PhD or PsyD psychologists

Independent Practice with Flexible Participation Options

Clinicians operate as independent practitioners and maintain full control over their:

• Client caseload
• Session fees
• Schedule
• Clinical decisions

To support different practice styles, clinicians may choose one of two participation options:

• Flat monthly office rate for furnished office space and shared services
• 70/30 fee split: clinicians retain 70% of collected session fees while 30% supports office space, reception services, billing support, and administrative infrastructure

• Telehealth-friendly infrastructure for hybrid practices

Our office receives approximately 10–15 new client inquiries each week, and our team helps coordinate intake and referrals so clinicians can focus on providing care once fully credentialed.

Income Potential

Income varies based on individual caseload and session fees. Current clinicians report monthly revenues ranging from approximately $2,000 to $16,000+ per month, depending on practice size and client load. Actual income will vary; these numbers reflect potential earnings.
