Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Spanish-speaking RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy services during consistent afternoon hours.

Schedule
Monday – Friday
3:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
  • Collect accurate data during sessions
  • Follow behavior intervention plans
  • Communicate with supervisors and caregivers
  • Maintain professionalism and HIPAA compliance

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification (required)
  • Spanish speaking (required)
  • CPR certification (required)
  • Experience working with children (ABA preferred)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to consistently commit to scheduled hours
