Hannah’s Gift ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians in Aurora, Colorado, near ZIP code 80013.

We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated team members to provide in-home and school-based ABA therapy services to children and families in the Aurora area. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with children, wants meaningful hands-on experience, and is looking to grow in the ABA field with strong support from qualified clinical supervisors.

Service Setting: In-home and school-based ABA services
Schedule: Morning and afternoon shifts available
Position: Registered Behavior Technician / Behavior Technician
Support: Ongoing BCBA supervision and training

Responsibilities

Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients in the Aurora, CO 80013 area.

Implement behavior plans and skill-building programs under BCBA supervision.

Provide support in home and school settings, based on client needs.

Collect session data and communicate progress with the clinical team.

Support children with learning, communication, daily living, and social skills.

Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude with families, schools, and team members.

Ideal Candidate

Current RBT certification is preferred, but motivated Behavior Technician candidates may also apply.

Experience with children, autism services, special needs, childcare, education, healthcare, or school-based support is helpful.

Must be dependable, patient, caring, and willing to learn.

Must be available for morning and/or afternoon shifts in Aurora, Colorado.
