Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – ABA Therapy (Arlington, VA)

We are hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to a teen client (age 16) in Arlington, Virginia. This is a community-based position ideal for candidates seeking meaningful, hands-on experience in autism therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIP) and skill acquisition programs
• Support the client in community settings (school, after-school clubs, parks, stores)
• Assist with social, communication, and daily living skills in real-world environments
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes

Position Details:

• Location: Arlington, VA (primarily community-based; occasional in-home sessions)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary; occasional earlier start times)
• Includes attending school activities, educational clubs, and community outings with the client

Qualifications:

• RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with ABA therapy, autism, or working with adolescents preferred
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check
