Role Overview

As a Senior Home & Community-Based BCBA, you'll serve as an advanced clinical leader responsible for complex cases, mentorship, and clinical quality across home-based services. You will support families directly while also guiding clinicians and technicians through high-level supervision and consultation.

This role is ideal for experienced BCBAs who value autonomy, mentorship, and meaningful family-centered work-while remaining supported by strong leadership and infrastructure.

What You'll Do
  • Lead complex Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide advanced clinical oversight for home and community-based programs
  • Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, ACSs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
  • Coach clinicians on data analysis, treatment fidelity, and ethical decision-making
  • Partner with families to support caregiver training and skill generalization
  • Guide teams through proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies
  • Monitor outcomes and adjust programming to ensure meaningful progress
  • Collaborate with schools, community providers, and interdisciplinary partners as needed
  • Participate in case reviews, clinical meetings, and training initiatives
  • In some regions, support supervision and mentorship for clinicians accruing BCBA hours

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Active state licensure (where applicable)
  • Minimum of 4+ years of ABA experience, with demonstrated supervisory and leadership responsibilities
  • Extensive experience delivering home-based ABA services
  • Strong clinical judgment, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
