Marysville Dental Care is expanding, and with our brand-new office build kicking off this summer, we’re excited to welcome a Scheduler/Patient Care Coordinator to our team!

Position Overview:This role combines the responsibilities of a Scheduler and Patient Care Coordinator, serving as a key part of both the patient experience and the efficiency of our daily operations. You’ll help ensure our schedule runs smoothly while making every patient feel welcomed, informed, and confident in their care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and optimize doctor and hygiene schedules for efficiency and patient needs
- Confirm appointments and manage changes, cancellations, and recalls
- Greet patients warmly and create an outstanding experience from first contact to checkout
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment and expectations
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure seamless care
- Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling systems
- Support practice goals related to production, patient retention, and overall patient experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Team player who thrives in a positive, growth-focused environment
- Dental or healthcare front office experience preferred, but not required
Schedule:
- 4-day work week
- Clinic hours begin at 6:30 AM and run until completion of patient care (typically around 4:30 PM), allowing for a patient-first, team-focused workflow
