Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000/year + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We're seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to deliver therapy services remotely while maintaining a structured, full-time schedule. You'll work with clients facing a range of mental health concerns, providing guidance, structured interventions, and measurable treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients
• Conduct assessments and document clinical findings
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on client needs
• Maintain organized and compliant documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients and care teams
• Uphold professional standards in all interactions

Requirements

• Active LPC license in Texas
• Master's degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience providing individual therapy (telehealth experience preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace
