Work with Willow has partnered with a mental health private practice client that is looking to fill a Care Coordinator role.
Position Type: Full-Time, Remote role but prefer candidates near the Tampa area.
Responsibilities
- Client Interaction : Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with warmth and professionalism, addressing client questions and booking appointments.
- Scheduling : Manage appointment calendars, schedule clients with clinicians, and ensure accurate and timely bookings.
- Coordination : Communicate with clinicians to confirm schedules, relay client updates, and support smooth daily operations.
- Administrative Suppor t: Perform tasks such as data entry, filing, maintaining client records, and assisting with billing or other office duties as needed.
- Customer Service : Create a positive experience for clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from their first interaction with our practice.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred (experience in healthcare or mental health settings is a plus but not required).
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency with scheduling software or office tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Office).
- Attributes: Friendly, empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working for a mental health practice strongly preferred.
Compensation:
- $24-$27 per hour
