Schedule

• Part-time or full-time depending on your availability

We work with your schedule and value balance and stability.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing 1:1 ABA therapy with kindness, patience, and professionalism
• Implementing individualized treatment plans
• Tracking data and celebrating client progress
• Supporting clients in communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collaborating with BCBAs, school teams, and families
• Creating a safe, positive environment where every child feels supported

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• A warm, patient, and compassionate personality
• Reliability, professionalism, and dedication to client care
• HS diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
